and this is exactly why i’m so scared. i’ve had landlords replace my toilet, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and pay for plumbers, exterminators, etc. ridding me and my past roommates of those costs. i’m aware renting also has its own downsides, but every responsibility falling solely onto you as a homeowner just rlly freaks me out

I firmly believe this area along E Southgate Rd reached EF5 intensity. The damage here appears to be the most extreme along the path, including a well-constructed metal building swept clean with anchor bolts sheared, along with "violent" ground scouring and severe tree damage. Incredible.

A shooter was killed at the White House Correspondents Dinner after firing off several rounds. trump was evacuated. I've said this before and I'll say it again: the ONLY way to defeat him is politically, at the ballot box. I despise him, but violence is NEVER the answer.
