If you demand that fanfic should depict only healthy relationships, safe sex and pristine morals, then maybe you aren't ready to be reading fanfic. Do a little growing, learn to separate fiction from reality, then come back. Fic doesn't exist to build your moral framework for you

I’ve been saying this every time we have sex scene discourse. Movies/tv shows are rated based on content. If you watch an R movie that says it has sexual content and you watch it even though you cannot stand sexual content, that’s on you. Have some agency.

at a certain point, you have to take responsibility for what you choose to engage with. if you already know something isn’t for you… stop seeking it out. mute it, block it, filter tags, scroll past. the tools are there.
