Our last #freshairfriday of this school year. We are recording things we see, hear, feel, and smell. Learning and playing together outside has been a memorable part of Kindergarten.

Outside is always fun! Help your child pick appropriate clothes for learning and play outdoors. In grade 1 students go outside in all weather at least twice a day.

Fresh Air Friday! Well dressed = the most fun!

Practicing subitizing - recognizing a group or set of objects automatically without having to count them.

Fresh Air Friday today included fine motor painting and gross motor playground. Lots of sharing ideas and working together!

Math games help with number recognition, subitizing, taking turns, and good sportsmanship. Talk to your child about how to play fair and how to Race to 100.

So much fun on Fresh Air Friday! Collaboration, team work, and gross motor skills were all put to use!

A beautiful day to be outside! We are flexible with our schedule and needed movement! Please make sure your student is dressed to be outside EVERY DAY. Many students had warm boots, hat, coat, and mittens. Those who didn't found it difficult to play the same as their peers.

The only thing that makes Fresh Air Friday even better is sharing it with friends! @HABschoolCBE @Howard_HAB
