Hatred rarely enters public life announcing itself honestly. It adapts. It learns new language. It borrows the vocabulary of virtue. Antisemitism in modern Britain increasingly arrives dressed as moral enlightenment, and too many institutions have lacked either the courage or the clarity to confront it. Political parties carry a particular responsibility here. Any movement serious about anti-racism must be willing to examine honestly whether parts of its own culture have allowed antisemitism to flourish under the guise of antizionism. This requires more than disciplinary mechanisms or carefully worded statements after public outrage. It requires moral seriousness, intellectual consistency and political leadership. Britain cannot police its way out of this problem. Security barriers outside Jewish schools are not signs of social health; they are evidence of cultural failure.

That is why girls were poisoned in schools. Why women are beaten for showing hair. Why mothers demanding justice become enemies of the state. The violence is not accidental. It is the system. I saw enough of the regime’s machinery to understand this: fear is not a by-product of power in Iran. It is the architecture of power. And yet parts of the West still romanticise these men as “anti-imperialist revolutionaries.” Imagine defending a regime that murders women in the name of morality and indoctrinates children in the cult of death.
