@Pathfinder077 The growth is a reflection of Nigeria’s GDP growth which Lagos benefited from disproportionately since it has concentration of Banks and Telecoms companies driving the economy then after the Bank consolidation and GSM revolution.

Tinubu built Lagos state, he mostly contributed to Nig economy while he was governing Lagos, Tinubu boosted IGR from 7BN annually to 96BN He grew Lagos GDP to 30% of Nig total GDP. If you ask Peter Obi’s supporters about his contribution to Nig they won’t have anything to say.

@littleukrainian @DemocraticWins The senate seat is not about the two candidates but about the two parties. In the end Republicans will keep the seat. Senate election is different from governorship election. They know what Democrats align with and it is not Texas values. The winner votes with their party.

@DemocraticWins When your unfavorables are doing more campaigning than your supporters, polls start looking like this. Texans seem to be asking a simple question: after all these years, what has Ken Paxton actually done for Texas besides Ken Paxton?

@TinaSmithMN What’s interesting is that this was the same narrative around Trump back in 2016. He was anti-establishment. He had character issues. They were overlooked. And here we are…

Graham Platner is gonna win because he has connected with Mainers on what they really care about: How this country can work for them, not just the wealthy. He’ll win because he’s not part of the Washington establishment. If I voted in Maine he’d have my support, no question.

@osazenoo @Jerosky1 And because of that, since no more credible competition, Atiku’s rate goes down significantly. He may have reduced his rate very significantly since Obi would not compete. E.g where Atiku would pay $500k to his attack dog, he may go for $5k or look for volunteers. Huge loss!

@gtconway3d @realDonaldTrump Do you really like entertaining yourself and others with empty rhetorics. No one will remove President Trump because you dislike him. If your campaign is all about removing Trump then you really have nothing to offer. Trump will complete his tenure very successfully.

"My view is that you're putting the cart before the horse if you think that somehow you can have a bunch of policy points and nicely drafted bills, that somehow you're going to offer up to fix all these problems when @realDonaldTrump is president. He's not going to sign them. ... I think it's kind of weird that people are saying, 'Well let's talk about housing and all of that,' ignoring what is standing in the way of getting all of that done, which is this criminal. And that's the point of my campaign—to show people you can't do one without the other."

@mitchellvii Is math hard for you? Pratt’s voters either voted in person or very early by mail. The two Dems took in the vast majority of late mail in ballots. Why’s this so hard for you? Too much bleach on those teeth has seeped into your frontal lobe.

I don't have an issue with more mail-in ballots going to Democrats than to Spencer Pratt. I expected that. My issue is the fact that the third-place finisher, and a distant third-place finisher, is getting 40% of the mail-in ballots. That's just impossible.

Creating a seaport in Abia state is a waste of money and time Abia is approx 1hr:30mins from The coastline in Akwa Ibom which is an Ocean coastline. Why do you have that and still want to dredge a river for a port? This is the realistic thing that will happen - The project will not be completed. Even if it's completed, no serious vessel will go in - The Chinese guys know it's a project for them to stay liquid and will be a waste The Abia state government should rather raise funds and invest in the Ibom deep seaport in Akwa Ibom as it is about to start. Abia state has a million and one things they can use that money for. Dredging a river that you will continue to dredge yearly is a waste

China Harbour Begins Feasibility Survey for Proposed Obeaku Seaport in Abia State A technical team from China Harbour Engineering Company Limited (CHEC), the builders of Nigeria’s Lekki Deep Sea Port, has commenced feasibility and hydrographic surveys for the proposed Obeaku Seaport in Ukwa East Local Government Area of Abia State. The team, accompanied by top Abia State Government officials, visited Obeaku to assess the waterways and undertake bathymetric and navigational studies necessary for determining the viability of the seaport project. During the visit, the Aku of Obeaku Kingdom, His Royal Highness Eze Ikeagwuchi Ekeke, reaffirmed the community’s commitment to the project, highlighting its donation of over 2,000 plots of land and readiness to provide support for its successful execution. He also stated the seaport should be called Obeaku Seaport and not Azumini - Obeaku Seaport. State government officials described the survey as a major step towards realizing the seaport project, which is expected to boost economic activities, create jobs, and enhance maritime trade in Abia State and the South-East region. © Aba BlogTv 👈 Follow for more updates
