NEW: Approved dispensary list. Personal cultivation applications open. Safe use reminders. Today, we approved 335 facilities to begin adult-use sales of marijuana in Missouri. This includes 207 dispensaries, 72 manufacturers and 56 cultivation facilities. 🧵

@HealthyLivingMo @LegalMo22 We are hearing of many MO licensees who have received their approvals and plan to begin selling to adult use customers in the next hours as their stores open!

UPDATE: We will begin approving facility requests for comprehensive (medical + adult-use) operations starting Feb. 3 as emergency rules go into effect. Marijuana will be available for adult-use consumers as soon as those facilities are ready to operate under their new authority.

Wild stat - 50,000 more Missourians voted on the @LegalMo22 marijuana question than on any of the other ballot questions. More voted on Amendment 3 (very bottom of the ballot) than the State Auditor’s race, which was at the top. Huge enthusiasm to legalize & expunge among voters.
