IBADAN OPPOSITION OUTCOME - ASIWAJU IS INDEED SCARED.

Yesterday, what they conveniently christened an "All Opposition Gathering" was, in truth, something far less dignified - an assembly of illegal opposition factions, gathering not in strength, but in the shared warmth of mutual illegitimacy.
The PDP executives in attendance were the ones birthed from the Ibadan Amala get-together - the very gathering the courts had already declared a spectacular waste of Aso-Ebi. Beyond its brief and generous contribution to the Amala economy of the great Ibadan Nation, the executives that emerged from that exercise remain, in the eyes of INEC - unknown, unrecognized, and non-existent.
And the ADC faction that presented themselves? Proudly known on the streets as Anti or is it Ante-Bellum. The same ones whose fate dangles on a thread. The same ones whose names have since been struck from the INEC register. The same ones who hijacked a party the very day they arrived, in gross violation of its own constitution.
So, we have established that what happened yesterday was not an "All Opposition Gathering." It was two illegal groups convening to find comfort in their shared illegality.
They should have at least invited the SDP, APGA, LP, AAC, NDC, PRP - parties actually known to law and in good standing with INEC. But this is understandable. For which lawful entity willingly communes, in public, with a secret cult?
And that is what actually scares Asiwaju. Because if associations that have been lucidly, unambiguously, and frankly declared invalid - groups who are, at best, secret cults can still convene publicly, issue communiqués, and pretend to posseess legitimacy... then our government may have failed.
Particularly the NDLEA.
It has failed in its fight against drug abuse, so much that political elites can shamelessly manifest symptoms before the public glare and none of these relevant agencies can spring into action to arrest the emergency. Are we waiting for full-blown collapse before someone reaches for the antidote?
Asiwaju should be scared - because drug abusers are frequently suicidal and God forbids he celebrates his return over the wreckage of self-destructed rivals tainting the glorious day....
Asiwaju must act. We need them alive - if for nothing else, so that they may serve as bad examples, cautionary exhibits for every aspiring politician who needs to know, concretely and vividly, how not to run a political career.
But beyond all of this - there is something else that truly frightens Asiwaju.
Something deeper.

LATE AIRCRAFTMAN MA ABUBAKAR
Late ACM Abubakar died on 13th February, 2021 they were ambushed by Bandits along kaduna-Birnin Gwari road.
He was a highly trained Special Forces Operator of the famous NAF PANTHERS and was enlisted into the Nigerian Air Force as a member of Basic Military Training Course(BMTC) 37 in January, 2017 into the Regiment Speciality.
Before his death the Soldier was serving as a special forces operator in 271 NAF Detachment, Birnin Gwari. He died few weeks before his wedding may his regiment soul REST IN PERFECT PEACE!!!!!
Let celebrate the hero for his sacrifices…
