First mow of the year. Everything came out of winter looking good!

@SuperTimG132 @JDCLASSIC I have the same thing going on here. Greens were holding strong and then turned on me and started thinning out. Not a great future forecast either.

Outlook can change in a matter of days. Everything had been holding up great until rain and mid 90s damaged some collars last week. Glad June is in our rearview and we can get things turned back around. Always a little exta busier @JDCLASSIC week..if thats possible! #tweettheugly

Busy week. Grand stands being built, drainage being installed, parking lot getting new asphalt, new learning center getting water and sewer hooked up.

@bgrahamgolf My sodium levels test fine. I have wetting agent on them. What is your reasoning for fungicide 2 days before? I have heard from many people that after a flush the greens just seem to be at there best. Experimenting to see how they respond.

Gypsum and a penetrant wetting agent 1 day before. Don’t over analyze the actual process….it looks ugly during, but the aftermath is eye opening good. I prefer to flush mine in the dark. Fungicide 2 days before if you can plan that far out.It’s the cats ass for sodium control.

Experimenting with flushing greens. With no decent rain the last 8-10 weeks I am not seeing my greens function the way I believe they should. Seeing what this does 🤷‍♂️

@ECCSuper77 I did not use gypsum. I have some on order to try on a few greens later in the week to see if there is a difference.

End of the year bunker conditioning. Edging, weeding, sand depth adjustment, raking.

Finished greens aerification. 1.25” x 1.5” spacing with 3/8” tines. Top dressed, brushed, rolled and fertilized. Turned out great.
