La police a balancé des grenades lacrymogène et désencerclement depuis leur voiture devant la terrasse du bar. 2 malaises. Les policiers étaient prêts à nous rouler dessus 😨

La police a embarqué arbitrairement une personne au pif devant un bar LGBTI après la manifestation. Cette scène nous a toustes choqué·es. Inadmissible. Soutien à notre camarade !

The remaining group of friends stands in front of the police car to prevent them from taking away the victim, no violence, just standing in front of the car, and the police RAMS INTO THEM

They were just peacefully drinking and minding their own business when the police comes up, handcuffs them, seemingly chosen at random, and throws a tear gas grenade in the bar, causing 2 additional people to pass out and then requiring medical assistance.

A personal friend of mine was violently arrested at a LGBT and feminist bar last night in Paris. Today, a protest has been organised in front of the police station they are held at.

I have like reverse Paris syndrome. I had so many negative biases against Paris that for most of my life I actively didn't want to come here. Now that I am here, it sucks in many ways that I anticipated but it's also not as bad as I thought.
