The feet design of Sakura Head, the inspiration was "barnacles on a mooring post". I just changed barnacles to cherry leaves.

The mouth of Flesh Lip & Mandarin's face symbolize the mouth of Mary verbally abusing James. They were inspired by the mouth of the figure in the center painting of “Second Version of Triptych 1944” by Francis Bacon. As a side note, Mandarin appears only in Otherworld in the SH2R
