I'm so rusty 💦, trying to get back into drawing for #drawtober2024. I took a class on hatching and really like it. I also wanted to try drawing scenes similar to Lost Dragalia and World Flipper. #ffxiv WoL in my IRL wedding dress

I'm finally ready to share what I've been working on for almost a year. On Aug 17 2024, I got married IRL with my partner of 8+ years. We had a @FFXIV themed wedding with a LARP reception game titled: Trials of Eternal Bonding Follow along this journey: (Part 1/7) #FF14

@_JoMerigold No worries on the questions. Dress code was formal, we did encourage guests to cosplay. The GM did cosplay as a blue mage and others wore FFXIV pins and ties. The theme colors were white and gold so all decor including the FF items fit the colors.

@_JoMerigold There was some confusion at first. We printed out instructions and our GM went around the room to answer questions during the discussion phase. Once the game started, everyone naturally picked it up. Even the non gamers came to the floor to roleplay at the last question.

This was a long post😅 Thank you for reading this far. There were a lot of moving parts. Everyone had a lot of fun including the vendors. The game was super easy and participation was high. Some of our guests became new FFXIV players. *cough*wheresmymarketingfee*cough*
