that can also make sense, but being in the movie and tv Industry, when we distribute to non-english countries, its weeks or even months later after dubbing and also censorship is done in post, so I find it hard to believe that the west is getting an earlier unfinished version to air, specially when files are digital and transfered almost instantly and production systems and pipelines could allow for the replacement of a temp background with the final one without any extra work, they wouldnt have to redo the credit translations or anything either. laziness? cost cutting? or are the japense companies just not sending revised cuts?
