There is no room in Congress for Rep Swalwell’s alleged reprehensible conduct. In the military, I initiated investigations into misconduct to hold perpetrators accountable for justice. This absolutely must be investigated by Congress and law enforcement in a transparent manner. Additionally, Congress should NOT have a statute of limitations to investigate members’ crimes or misconduct - period!
