A research work done by group of researchers from IIT Dharwad has been accepted in the highly prestigious peer-reviewed journal - Biosensors and Bioelectronics: X (Impact factor: 12.6). The team, which includes Shivam Kumar, a B.Tech (EE) student, Nikita Bhandari, a Ph.D student (BSBE), Sudhanshu Shukla, an Associate Professor (BSBE), and Ruma Ghosh, an Assistant Professor (EECE), reported development of a resistive sensor for sensing a better RNA marker of prostate cancer. This is a major breakthrough in the field of cancer research and we can't wait to see the impact this will have on the healthcare industry.
