@Pirat_Nation Unfortunately, as someone who works in this industry. consumer law here states a refund is the ultimate solution when it comes to faulty products. Itโs a great thing 95% of the time due to products usually becoming cheaper later, but it gets awkward in the case of ram right now.

Australian retailer Umart refused to replace a faulty Corsair 32GB DDR5 kit bought in 2024 for about 155 AUD under warranty.
They said a direct replacement would be an upgrade for the customer and offered only a refund of the original price.
They also kept the faulty RAM, preventing a claim directly with Corsair.
Corsair is now reviewing the case.
