@xxsnzz I just had new lobe piercing and didnโt realise I periodically had to tighten the post. One fell out the other day ( 2 weeks post ) it was so hard to put in cos the post came from the back and the decorative piece screwed on. I swear it was almost closes by the time I had it back

@alliec98807147 @ambernoelle Sketchers arch fit have saved my feet. I had been in agony for 18months, now can happily walk miles again. Just bought the hiking boots too. Birkenstock slippers at home help too

@ambernoelle I have horrible plantar fasciitis just now. I wore ballet flats to work for years, even when they werenโt fashionable. I retired two years ago and have been living in Converses . Thatโs done it.

@therealjoelox @LeanneHPatrick Iโve done 40 years as a RN in the NHS & I think the reason people like me have stayed is a secure job for life that offered career progression & ongoing training. I accepted some of the terrible conditions for this.They have more sense now & know that there are other options!

@LeanneHPatrick With year on year fewer people choosing nursing we do have a crisis in both the NHS and nurse education.
As for retention, as a full time pt facing clinician for approaching 35 years, I wonder whether conversations about how people like me have done it have a place in retention?

Nursing is not a fallback career for people who have "messed up" their a-levels.
Nursing is a highly skilled profession for bright, innovative, academically and emotionally intelligent people.

@HeldinEU @BBCWalesNews @BBCWales @elsdraeger In Wales smears test for HPV only. If HPV positive- proceed to test for cell changes. Re called annually. 3 HPV+= colposcopy + biopsy regardless of of cell changes or not. Onward plan decided following those results. At home HPV would be good but needs app trigger to follow up

@WelshGasDoc Prosecco and cava give me a horrible headache. Champagne does not! So always champagne, except for when prosecco is used to make an Aperol in Italy, overlooking a lake with Italian tapas, then prosecco is amazing - still headache inducing tho ๐
