JF Girls Softball participated in the Heart Walk to honor Coach Harris' oldest son, Kayden, who had a heart procedure when he was a newborn. We love seeing our JF Cavalier family supporting others, especially when it's one of our own!⚔️❤️ #CavsintheCommunity

So excited to start my junior season with a scrimmage this Saturday and our first game on Monday! We are ready to win it all this year after being 2x District, 2x Region, and 2x State Runner-Up in the time I’ve been on Varsity! 🖤❤️

I had an amazing meet yesterday in the Seminole District Meet! I placed 2nd for the 300m race and our 4x2 team also placed 2nd in the district. Regions is next week, with school ball starting right around the corner! ❤️🖤🏃‍♀️ @VA_Phoenix_Wood

I have been limited on what I can do, as I am still coming off of injury. But this year my friends and I decided to volunteer for our towns turkey trot. We will definitely be back next year, hopefully able to run! #ILEAP @LadyLightningG3 @MLG2027CF
