@Coleidoscopes My dog doesn’t hate everyone but randomly hates people, which is arguably worse because you never know who she just will not get along with, but 100% agree, no long term damage, just protection and my dog won’t be put down, if anything she may learn a lesson not to do so.

I have a dog that cannot be trusted around anyone new. She doesn't even like new kids. She has never hurt anyone but her protective instincts tell me that she will if she sees a threat. If she ever gets out, I would much rather my dog be blasted with pepper spray than hurt someone and be euthanized. He's doing them a favor.
