Moddder Izueh, who's already added DLSS to FF7 and Granblue Fantasy: Relink through Luma, is now adding DLSS to Final Fantasy 15.
While doing DLSS upgrades on old games, we often need to get rid of screen space dither techniques, frequently used to approximate hair transparency, and replace them with randomized temporal noise (something that many AAA DLSS implementations still fail at).

@FilippoTarpini FF系列游戏在开发阶段针对毛发的处理手段太落后了,毛发边缘的分辨率极低,在没有DLSS情况下,原生画面呈现的毛发也会存在颗粒状和锯齿色块,而DLSS本身已经是低分辨率采样后进行抗锯齿+提升帧率,如果做到把颗粒状连接成线条或片状,反而不符合DLSS的算法原理,或许支持DLSS5的话会解决这个问题,

@roger_creus_art @BackroomsTP 你在批判DLSS5把游戏画面变成普通影棚拍摄的效果时,完全忽略了游戏原本的画面就是这样的光照角度,只是整体对比度低,看起来偏灰,而DLSS5做的仅仅是增强光照强度,从低模上的贴图预估被压缩成平面的表面凹凸,并让其对光追作出物理反射,但被奶制品和高糖喂大的眼球并不能察觉到这些

@roger_creus_art @BackroomsTP DLSS5没有凭空增加任何一个原本不存在的内容,它做的仅仅是让光线追踪更加准确更真实的响应在每一个毛孔和皱纹的凹凸处,视觉上看起来当然会更加立体,立体不等于修改面容,你们这些傻逼连它的计算方式都没搞清楚,还在这抵制,DLSS本质上是更加完善的下一代光线追踪,你们的眼球被糖分和奶制品搞坏了
