Hello gamers, Our 1.1.5 patch notes are out. Some additional information on changes we’ve made and shotcalls around the game in general. Happy to answer any questions, feel free to hit me up. ---- Handshake Tag is -3 on whiff This is a very foundational change in our game, but we really believe in its neutral impact. This only is triggered if the assist whiffs, not on hit/block. There are a lot of balance implications to this change that we’re going to be monitoring – this change has a chance to shift power levels. Let us know what you think with your fists. Tag Parry and rolling on down-back goodbye. shoutouts to getting accidental burst less often also Meter Nerfs and Break Bonus We’re seeing a lot of repetitiveness in level 1’s right now, and think meter is too plentiful. The meter rebalancing we’re implementing reduces meter gain on long BnBs by about 12-15%. Pulse combos are unaffected. In addition, we’re reducing the meter gained on Limit Strike, which will help reduce the ability to loop level 1 super combos for champs who like doing this (particularly Ahri). Break Bonus adjustments and Meter Nerfs, in aggregate, should make resets a more viable option. Zoner Buffs We’re giving Caitlyn and Jinx some quality of life buffs to make their life easier. Caitlyn, in particular, went through a lot of changes to make her more stable and remove a lot of combo nuances that existed on her kit that didn’t need to be there. When making these changes, we focused on improving combo stability rather than adjusting combo length. Converting off Jinx Chomper, Jinx running.M, and most everything Caitlyn does should be much more stable. Vi n.[S1] and Illaoi d.[S2] We’re making a decision to remove these attacks from being chargeable while tagged out. We considered removing all charge attacks while tagged out, but decided that paying for the sins of 2 champions neutral skips was not worth it. We will continue to use this as a balancing lever moving forward. Champ Changes Our focus this patch on the champ side was on improving how the zoners feel. Other champions are not getting a lot of change, other than Ekko, Illaoi, and Vi, who had some unfair situations cleaned up. This is intentional as we give the previous patch some time to stew. For other champions, we’re continuing to get data on their power level post-1.1.3 and post-1.1.5. Akali is sick ----- alright that’s all for me, buhbye
