Crucially, the licences not only allow the Kebab shops to hire workers from abroad, but once those workers are in, they will be allowed to bring family members into the UK. There are over 1.8 million people unemployed in the UK, but yeah, why not bring in more overseas workers, because this is clearly a highly skilled job.
