BREAKING: We have reached agreement with our 14 credit unions on an innovative new way of cutting the cost of public transport. From January, people will be able to buy annual passes via weekly payments to a credit union - saving almost 5 a week, £20 a month and £240 a year. 👍🏻

If the Tories win another five years, nothing will change. Change will only happen if you vote Labour this Thursday.

This week, some have told me they don’t need to vote, because Labour will win anyway. That’s a dangerous idea. If too many say at home and take polls as gospel, we won’t get the change we need. It’s been 14 years. On Thursday, you can vote for change that starts on Friday. To get that change, you have to vote for it. Vote Labour on Thursday.

Another brilliant week listening to voters across Makerfield, including in Worsley Mesnes, Ashton, Orrell, Bryn and Hindley. Rounded off with a trip to the Brunswick Recreation and Bowling Club and St John's Church in Hindley Green today, which my kids loved! Thanks to the great volunteers who beat the British weather and raised funds for some great causes, including @DerianHouse.

The Tories have lost control over our borders. Labour will restore control with a new Border Security Command. We will invest in British workers to build a higher wage, higher growth economy. If you want that change, you have to vote Labour on the 4th July.
