If you are a young person planning to eventually become an entrepreneur, I would advise not going to college as it's not a high ROI activity. You would be better off starting a small business now and actually getting reps. For an entrepreneur, your social media following will be many times more valuable for you than a degree you have to pay for.

People lack confidence because they spend their whole life hiding instead of doing. Hiding only builds more fear and that fear creates a lack of opportunity. People also shrink because they assume others are better then them but the reality is that they just act like they are and know what they're doing.

Confidence is built, not gifted. It grows every time you act despite doubt. Speak like you believe in yourself. Walk like you know your value. Confidence begins the moment you stop shrinking.

@gregisenberg The reason many people don't understand the value of AI is because the first time it gets a question wrong they get mad and give up on it. You have to learn how to nudge it in the right direction.

If you were the kid who carried every group project in school, you'll love the AI era. People let you down. Agents will too. They break, they hallucinate, they do the wrong thing at 3am. The difference is the feedback loop. When a person drops the ball, you have a conversation, wait a week, and hope it gets better. When an agent drops the ball, you fix the prompt and it's better in 5 minutes. Same frustration with 100x faster resolution. Not everyone will love working like this. But a lot of people will. I really like it.

Consistency is great. But sometimes you have to surprise your audience. Stay in character, but don’t be afraid to shake it up a bit to keep things fresh.

Build a sustainable brand online, not just followers and no one can fire you, You earn forever.

@brightafia Delusion is the number one trait it requires to be a successful entrepreneur. People will try to create doubt for you, but those people have never built anything. They gave up on themselves, so of course they would give you the same advice.

Entrepreneurship is about self-belief first and business skills second.

Growing up, we weren't given the playbook for making millions. We were given the playbook for mediocrity. Real success comes from visibility and creating assets that you own that can consistently generate money for you.

@Dwriteway People in your real life will start to pressure you about it and give you a clock for how long it should take to work. Don't let anyone else's impatience define your success. If they aren't contributing they don't need to have an opinion on what you do.

Normalise building something online and not telling anyone in your real life until it works.
