The genetic variations between those groups you call "races" only reach 10 to 15 % (dog breeds around 27 %). Clear evidence against the idea of biological races.

I’m going to go further than @nikitabier and suggest that I don’t think people should be monetized to post about politics at all. Period. It only incentivizes the creation of divisive content because divisive content baits engagement harder than the truth.
Limit the monetization to creative and educational content, like AI, design, photography, art, comedy, and writing. Maybe some business/fintech/crypto but they don’t even need or ask for it and not having their reach crippled is enough.

Submit to Rome means to accept the authority of the Catholic Church, the Pope, and the Magisterium in matters of doctrine and teaching, not listen to foreigners about american politics. From a biological point of view there's no such thing as race among the human species. Just different geno- and phenotypes. Variations, not races.
