@WaddleandSilvy Cubs used to have “likeable” guys on the team. Something’s changed & it’s toxic, but I don’t know exactly what it is. No leadership & PCA is mentally weak.. if he can keep this recent “hot streak” Cubs should take phone calls, cuz this ain’t it. Look for new manager as well.

Maybe the #Cubs rally. But more times than not, they play an old & tired brand of baseball. We watch & hope but it’s a chore tuning in these days.

In Arizona for a few days and got seated next to an older couple at dinner. I overheard them talking about the White Sox and the gentleman saying, “That’s okay, we’ll get them tomorrow.” A few minutes later we started chatting, and he told me he’s been a White Sox fan for 80 years. A Chicago guy who now lives in Arizona with his wife. We talked Sox for a bit, and what stuck with me was when he said, “This year is different.” He told me it’s been a long time since he’s been this excited about a White Sox team. Just a really sweet reminder that baseball connects people everywhere, and that this young group is giving fans something to believe in again. 🤗 #whitesox
