WARM OPENING DAY: Reds fans can also cheer about near-record heat Thursday! The parade starts around 70 degrees, and the game will be in the low 80s. Rain will be in the morning and late at night, keeping the outdoor fun dry! ⚾

9 FIRST WARNING: A cold front will bring a line of showers and storms to the Tri-State Thursday night, hopefully after the Reds home opener. Parts of the Midwest are already being highlighted for some of these to be severe.

9 FIRST WARNING: A Severe Storm Warning is in effect (yellow box) until 11:45 pm Sunday for roughly the eastern half of Hamilton and the northern half of Clermont counties. 60mph damaging winds and small hail are possible as the storm moves east at 50mph. Stay indoors!

10 PM SUNDAY RADAR UPDATE: The broken line of storms is just north and west of the Tri-State now. Storms are moving southeast in our direction. So far, hail has been the main issues with these, but damaging wind is also possible.

WEEKEND WEATHER: The first weekend of spring brings Cincinnati warm weather, but that could fuel a few scattered storms Sunday late afternoon and evening. The storms have a small severe threat, but some cities get completely missed by the rain.

WELCOME, SPRING! Winter officially ends Friday morning. Temperatures will be well above average for the first few days of the new season in Cincinnati. After hitting 80 Sunday, a cold front brings rain and a temperature reality check.

COMFY THURSDAY: The warm-up continues Thursday, even with more clouds than sunshine. Highs will be near 60 in Cincinnati, which is a touch above average. A couple spotty showers are possible midday, but most of us stay dry.

NEW: A severe t-storm warning has been issued for Mason, Brown and Adams County until 2:45 a.m. Winds up to 60 mph are possible as the storm moves northeast at 45 mph. #wcpo #cincywx

CVG Airport reported a wind gust of 54 mph a few minutes before 1am Monday, which is just under Severe Storm criteria.

9 FIRST WARNING: A Severe Storm Warning has been issued for Switzerland, Carroll, Gallatin, Owen, and Grant counties until 1:15 am Monday. Damaging 60 mph winds are possible in these storms as they move northeast around 55 mph. Stay indoors!
