@hownowcowboiii That’s absolutely fair. When I first started and realised I was consuming almost 1000 calories in cereal alone, it was quite a 🫨 moment. Always here if u need any help at all!❤️

does anyone else get really overwhelmed with trying to be healthy? like I need to hit the gym, and I also need to eat enough protein, but also not too many calories, and also eating whole foods just makes me head spin 😵‍💫
