5/233 in Mouiji's Dojo Mickey yesterday at 9-2-1, was #1 seed but lost in top 8. Only change I've tried and liked so far - swapped a grass for Cyrano, has felt incredibly powerful in the right hands. Still went 2-0 against Zam without TR Articuno, you don't need it.

Guys please do not bork your run at houston by playing non ASC pokepads. Its a competitive event for money, if you think someone wouldn't take a free win because you couldn't spend a couple extra bucks on the correct card then you trolling. I would 100% call a judge on my opponent on a win n in if they played a card that was explicitly not allowed.

@amcharles0 Honestly was disgusting to watch such an unpunished pace of play. I have experienced some issues with opponents pace of play both in Lille and in Gdańsk, 2 times in presence of a judge that literally didn’t do/say anything. We deserve better and clearer rules on this

I did some digging into the Emma vs Keito match during top 8 to breakdown some issues I'm seeing with pace of play/ turn times with high level players. I thought I'd share what I found (to my knowledge no pace of play warning or penalties were given out during this match). The total play time for this match was 56:12 (I removed the time in between rounds) Emma (Eevee box) played for a total of 15:34 with an average turn time of 1:11 Keito (Absol Kang) played for a total of 40:38 with an average turn time of 3:42 That's 27.2% of the game played by Emma and 72.8% of the game played by Keito. (This does include the final turns of the game where players scooped quickly/won the game quickly) I'm not pointing fingers or calling for anything to be done, I'm just supplying the facts and letting you form your own opinions. It was very noticeable during these games and I wanted to get a solid breakdown because I think that can be helpful. Hope this is at least cool to see!

@SmartTCG @distantcoder @azulgg Would be nice if all the Pokémon TCG Ambassador would give this feedback to TPCI ( if they haven’t done it yet). Would be so much smoother. Look at the prices then shuffle them to the table

@distantcoder @azulgg I actually don’t think there are any big cons of allowing both players to look at their prize cards before the game. I’m open to people suggesting issues with this though.

If we’re gonna move to +1 id like them to ban prize checking entirely. It’s literally not even in the rulebook i dont know why we have normalized 2 minute searches. I’m fine with 20-30 seconds but these 2 minute searches have got to end.

the card flip is a very useful trick to ragebait your opponents when they are prize checking they'll get distracted almost every time you do it and probably forget what they were checking
