Honoured to be managing the 360° Ruth Sutton Fellowship, supporting the incredibly talented & open-minded Georgina, Marcus, James, Sean and Ben. They’ll experience the entire spectrum of Camerata’s work, developing the skills for a creatively adventurous and sustainable career.

The psychological safety hierarchy of needs at work by @heidipsychology. I appreciate how Heidi has created three categories. At the base are basic safety needs like not being micromanaged. Next is psychological needs like belonging & sense of esteem. At the top is self-fulfilment needs, the ability to be our true, authentic selves. People who work at the top of their pyramid are the ones with the potential to deliver the best performance.

Really exciting developments from my recent workshops with Alexander Schubert. This video demonstrates live brain control of Max/MSP using four control frequencies. Schubert's new work, Steady State, will use EEG brain sensors to control sound and light. Part of @cyborgsoloists.
