@lecatndmich Yeah I'm doing well now and losing in healthy ways, just wasn't for the start of it. Cutting sugary drinks definitely helped.

@MayMuerta i'd recommend not getting any calories from liquids and foregoing any sugar so you have more natural energy throughout the day

I'm gonna be honest, much of my weight loss came from starving myself and that destroyed my body and contributed to some muscular injuries I'm in physical therapy for. I now have to work extra hard to build my muscle back while continuing weight loss. Don't starve yourself.

Back in November I got hurt at work and because I was so weak and malnourished, what should've been 2-3 weeks of recovery is taking 4+ months. Starving myself also made my stress worse, I was tired all the time, and constantly unwell. Please don't make the same mistake I did.

Dr. K and I thinking about the same thing this week is wild. I want to make videos like his one day once I figure out life a bit better.

Something I've learned that I think is important and hopefully something others with similar issues can learn from. I'm also open to discussion to make sure I have the right takeaway on stuff like this.
