When people think of rehab they often think of basic shit that does the rounds on social media
for example with the shoulder, most people think of shitty banded external rotations, some foam roller bullshit maybe a prone ytw or something.
This gets boring fast and leaves you severely underloading and underprepared for life, which is why it's worth getting the time to have a proper progressive and fully planned rehab program.
There are ways to rehab joints that most people don;t even realise.
Take for example, repeated vertical jumps, with maximal arm swing ( obviously towards later stage)
This is a great way to incorporate shoulder rehab and get explosive work in too.
Because of the arm swing, you are actively co ordinating the shoulder and thorax while doing a maximal explosive contraction.
it's kind of hard to do this without the jump. For example just swinging the arms.
It doesn't have the same effect.
Another for the shoulder could be:
you take a core workout, but you do a lot of stuff where the shoulder girdle is supporting the body, ie lots of iso and dynamic movements in a side plank or front plank.

2024 is coming to an end. It has been one of the best years of my life. After a long and kinda shitty 2023, I seriously thought about giving up the entrepreneurial life, but decided to give it one last push. Here is how it went:
- In the first three months with @wearemassivegg, I generated more revenue than BL did in its best year.
- Worked with clients like Alan Walker, 00 Nation / HP Omen and Dyreparken.
- Got secure projects and partners lined up for whole 2025, expect to 3x-5x revenue of 2024
- Started developing first in-house IPs and first major proejcts
- Found an amazing girl that changed my view on life
- Steady weightloss and major health improvements (Just in last three months lost about 9KG)
- Nearly two months of traveling
2025 will be all about family, meticulous execution, scaling and stability. If I can, so can you.
