I think we’ve lost the plot when certain folks don’t realize that there can be several expies for a single Hi3 character Elio being implied to be a Kaslana variant does not invalidate Phainon, Caelus, and Hakuhatsu Ki being Kevin variants / homages ☠️

So apparently there's another part of the logs during the last Phase of Irontomb with a critical system warning that NeiKos496/Phainon has split himself from Irontomb This causes a critical error, with system crash and shutdown warning, which is in part why Irontomb is in such-

I don't think Phainon is an Emenator anymore... The version of Phainon that was an Emenator died and got absorbed by Irontomb, then the golden blood went to the Xianzhou as per deal so he essentially rejected his status as one of the Emenators of Nanook in the end.

@STWDorothy Oh yes, I'm only noting the fact that it was an parallel experiment. It will definitely return as its own valid existence, and nobody can replace Phainon. It just so happens that Hoyoverse loves its Multiverse and variants, so to have another "Kevin" in this role is believable.

@obsessedwMydei You can distinctly hear the Oronyx sound effect when it is rewinding time, so I definitely believe it was a cycle-bleed. Probably the black tide/data corruption than Oronyx because of the titan being dead. Just like how Mydei himself glitches, retaining memories of cycles past.

So do we think in the 3.1 Mydei "returns home" cutscene: 1) He is experiencing a mixing of timelines/cycles due to influence of Oronyx 2) He is actively having auditory/visual hallucinations 3) Other possibility? Personally I do think a past cycle was bleeding into the current

i get why ppl don't see the point in associating the primordial one w phainon considering they have their differences but literally the primary reason i personally drew a connection is bc they both take very explicit inspiration from the same mythological figure
