Teaching subepithelial deposits (humps). 1) Infection-related GN (top panel) 2) C3 glomerulopathy 3) Proliferative GN due monoclonal Ig (bottom panel) 4) Lupus (Autoimmune) GN Humps likely reflect complement. Subepithelial location prevents removal & humps persist a long time.
