Yes bc it’s the Men’s FIFA World Cup, not the Women’s FIFA World Cup, the mens team qualified for the round of 32 in their home soil, they’ve been very dominant, hardly mediocre, they should be celebrated for their achievements, when the women’s World Cup comes around do what you can to spread support to the women team, and we honestly should be celebrating them during their World Cup too, however, the women’s team is not playing in this World Cup so therefore they are not being celebrated,

As everyone gets excited for US Men's Soccer, keep in mind that they have never won a World Cup and still get celebrated as the default US soccer team while the women's team has won 4 cups and barely gets recognition on a national stage. Mediocre men will always outshine outstanding women, as long as the patriarchy controls everything.
