What this means practically:
— Don't trust Astral backtests right now
— Multi-asset allocation may be silently ignored (BTC signals applied to all assets)
— Results may appear plausible but reflect no real logic
Verify any result against TradingView or a Python backtest independently

When confronted, Astral's AI admitted the previous backtest had a "data processing error" and said the correct return was +91% — but then the 6-asset portfolio returned the exact same figure as BTC solo (+412.8%).
Statistical impossibility. SOL was up +892% in that window.

The numbers make no sense on any level:
Win rate: 71% (should be ~35% for trend following)
Trades: 32 (should be 4–6 over 2 years)
Drawdown: −71.7% (buying tops, selling bottoms)
Return: −8.4% (mathematically impossible in context)
The backtester was either using inverted signals or corrupted price data.

Genuine question:
If your node doesn't mine, what exactly is it securing?
It can't produce blocks.
It can't reverse transactions.
It can't punish bad actors.
It just watches.
BTC has 15,000+ "nodes" and 3 mining pools run the show.
How is that different from trusting 3 companies?
15,000 spectators don't decentralize 3 mining pools
