To colleagues reflecting on challenging times, just think of the little 8yr old girl in Carlisle city centre who spent her Saturday walking along police lines @Cumbriapolice giving out her chocolates and thanking police officers for keeping her safe. Keep the faith.

@DCT_audio @WeCops Another question involving the need for strong leadership. RCRP is one example of where we can impact on demand. During covid there was a national BC focus on response, this role is as important as it ever was. A national measure for attendance is beneficial for response #WeCops

@WeCops #wecops proper training and experience is key, a lot of demand can be reduced if officers complete golden hour actions at scene, rather than doing minimal and leave for next job. We have the tech to write up a crime there and then
