I keep saying this but, it needs repeating. We have youth sports all wrong.
Dr James Andrews- “Athletes ages 14-and-under should have a two-month break with no organized leagues or intense training, Three to four would be better. Do conditioning, flexibility and strength work."

The 2022-23 officials' licensing application is now available on the WIAA website at officials.wiaawi.org/Registration. Stay in the game, #BecomeAnOfficial!
A WIAA official’s license is good from August 1 to July 31 & must be renewed annually.

I saw 7th grade girls practicing their squat technique at 7:45am this morning, 15 minutes before their 8am training session started. It matters to them.
