@MetaMeeks Man they get that shit done fr. The only downside is that if you are cooking a lot at once and you don't have time to take it to the sink regularly it rusts pretty much in a couple minutes. And even when clean it has a habit of discoloring the food youre cooking.

Update: My main knife, the Japanese one, is so sharp that I GENTLY ran my thumb across the blade and it shaved off some of my fingerprint.

All my chef's knives are at Northside Cutlery getting some love at the whetstones. I am very excited to get them back and prepare a bunch of ingredients for D&D this Saturday. I am making WINGS. And probably a cocktail or 6. That first cut gonna be something else! Ooooooh!

Here's my final personal tier list for #SF6 Season 3 before the patch this month The placings are in order within tiers. The dropoff point between tiers 1 & 2 is kinda abitrary, could've come a couple spots earlier or later. But the dropoff between tiers 2 & 3 is very clear imo
