$MAJI completed an exclusive licensing agreement recently with the University of Central Florida for it's cancer diagnostic and therapy platforms of it's wholly owned subsidiary Exousia Pro Holding Management. This grants UCF to develop patented and patent-pending intellectual technology which includes the Exosomal NANOG DNA as a Diagnotic Cancer Marker and the Exosomal Delivery Platform for Therapy. It will ensure moving forward they maintain a dominant position over foundational technologies essential for developing next-generation exosome-based diagnostics and therapeutics. "Our breakthrough exosomal technology has the ability to deliver a wide range of therapeutics, including genetic material, into cells afflicted with cancer, such as GBM. The therapeutic technology presented in this orphan drug application is a method for using exosomes loaded with desired nucleic acids, in the effective treatment of GBM when combined with currently available standard anticancer therapy." @og_tigress Not to mention that using exisomes with Mercks cancer drug greatly improved the efficacy of Mercks drug from roughly 25% effective to almost 100% effective in killing brain cancer stem cells!!

With the strategic alignment of the two entities, MAJI owns 51% of their restricted stock making them the controlling shareholder. Per their November 2025 PR this will be used to raise capital and ensure the funding is non-dilutive to MAJI shareholders. Chart/stock is shaping up nicely.. showing strong short-term momentum after bottoming in early March. It has surged ~31% over the past week and ~25-30% over the past month, climbing from the March low near $0.015–$0.021 to higher highs ($0.0216 → $0.0285 → $0.0332 → $0.0370 → $0.0420 → $0.0440 → $0.0462).
Key bullish technical developments:
Price has decisively broken and held above its 20-day EMA (~$0.0334) and is now trading above the 50-day EMA (~$0.0434), indicating a potential trend reversal and short-term uptrend confirmation.
Volume has grown over the recent moves (i.e. 237k shares on the March 23 breakout day and 163k on March 25), showing true buyer conviction rather than low-volume pops.
This setup—sharp recovery off the lows, higher-highs/higher-lows and moving-average reclaims—supports potential continued upside in the near term.
