At least Kenyans are suddenly realizing that you can hold each others' hands and make money on this app. Elon is actually paying millions of $ to all countries around the world, including developed nations. Engage your peers, it won't cost a thing. The Ksh. 5000 you're begging from politicians in the DM can actually be earned legitimately. It's not much; but it's honest work.
Just post original content, it can even be in your mother tongue. Post more and reply to others. But be careful not to be flagged for farming or behaving like a bot. The cake is big enough for everyone to have a slice. Uwinja maber?

The Syokimau KSh 65 million saga is taking a dramatic turn. Bakhita Esther has reportedly been arrested for questioning by EACC detectives as investigations intensify around the cash recovery linked to Nairobi County official Meshack Muriuki.
With millions recovered and more suspects under scrutiny, Kenyans are now asking: who else is connected to this money trail?

A group of mount Kenya Wantam choir members, upon learning that Kalonzo Musyoka gets an annual retirement benefit of Ksh. 80 million, hatched a plan to drink from his taps. They approached him with a very potent idea. They convinced him that instead of letting his critics have a field day because he has not had any meaningful and solid achievements after 42 years in government, they could make a great documentary to showcase the Son of Tseikuru's achievements that would inevitably silence his critics.
Kalonzo swallowed the idea hook, line and sinker. The sharp boys and girls came up with a budget of Ksh. 15 million which the flamboyant former VP approved without much hesitation. The team then hit the ground running. They toured every constituency in the republic and every village trying to document Watermelon's achievements since 1982 when he first swore by Chief Kavoi's grave to eradicate poverty, unemployment and corruption. They even went to parliament to search for any progressive bills Kalonzo sponsored after decades in parliament.
Fortunately, they only managed to get two significant achievements. The one where Watermelon rushed to get sworn in at night with Kibaki and the one where he supported the new constitution during the day and opposed it at night. With unbridled disappointment, they still convened a meeting and invited Kalonzo to brief him on the progress. The documentary which had been anticipated to get to 1 hour and 59 minutes could not go past the legendary two minutes. It was honest work nonetheless but Mr. 🍉 couldn't take any of it. The team is still pushing to have their remaining 50% of the funds paid before the documentary can be released to the public.

WHY AFFORDABLE HOUSING SECURITIZATION IS A BAD IDEA FOR WORKERS
Your 1.5% Housing Levy deduction was sold to you as money to build houses. The Government now wants to use it as collateral for Sh100B bond. Your salary deduction is being turned into a borrowing instrument. You are not building houses. You are servicing a loan
Investors will earn Sh57.6B in interest on that bond. So you pay the levy. Government borrows against it. Investors pocket Ksh.57.6B in interest. Workers get what exactly? This is not affordable housing. This is affordable theft.
The bond matures beyond 10 years — longer than Ruto’s maximum constitutional tenure. Meaning even if Kenyans vote him out, the next government CANNOT abolish the Housing Levy without triggering a bond default. Your vote has been neutralised by a financial instrument. Think about that.
This is the same playbook used on the Sports Levy (now funding Talanta Stadium), Tourism Fund (now funding Bomas redevelopment) and Road Maintenance Levy (now funding SGR extension). Every levy eventually stops doing what it was introduced to do. The Housing Levy was always going to be next.
Your housing levy must build houses — not pad investor portfolios. Period. Watch this space. @WahomeHon @KeTreasury @AGOfficeKenya @lawsocietykenya
