As an executive assistant with so much on my plate I don’t forget tasks assigned to me because I base every task on importance and urgency I use @MicrosoftToDo to schedule the tasks and set reminders Doing these basics will save you a lot as an executive assistant #CRM

@MicrosoftToDo My assigned to me list is not syncing: only has 1 item in it and it should have 25. My phone shows 25, but the computer shows just 1.

@MicrosoftToDo The "My Day" page had a panel on the right with suggested items. Somehow it closed and now I have no idea how to open it again. How do I do that? I can't find information anywhere on the internet.

@MicrosoftToDo can we improve improve the memory handling of the app… its crashes randomly every 5-10 secs!!!

@MicrosoftToDo I've been using Microsoft ToDo for years (since the early days of Wunderlist) and ❤️ it! Perfect sync across all my multi-platform devices, Simple to use, Great UI, no feature bloat, and has been 100% reliable. I recommend it highly.

@MicrosoftToDo thanks for the reply! I think just simplicity plus smooth experience adding new tasks. I also like having a side bar that persists the detail of a todo item. Back in a corporate job I used it all the time and happy to bring it back to my startup workflow

.@MicrosoftToDo is so underrated. It's the GOAT todo list for me for quite a while. As a software enthusiast I've tried at least 10 todo apps in the past but each has a deal-breaking problem for me - @Superlist too much animation - @todoist sub tasks disappear once you mark it - Apple reminder, animation being annoying, again - Things 3 too many clicks to peek a task - @OmniFocus: complex ui - @TwosApp mac client doesn't really work - @ticktick complex UI - @craftdocs Todo's doc is put in an 'inbox' folder. Also although overall the doc app has a great UI, the organization and arrangements are too customized and not as general as notion. - @tryamie discovered that I don't like embedding todos with my calendar. - anydo, trello, TaskPaper, Slack Canvas, and a bunch others. To summarize I think I need: - some label and organization - speed - little animation - i can type and add todos fast. Surprisingly only this satisfied my needs. There's also two plus for using Microsoft Todo: it's free and it comes out of the box if you work at a big org that uses outlook and microsoft 365

@MicrosoftToDo Can the (sort by : due date) feature not only be based on the date/day, but sorted according to reminders? if this feature was more specific by adding reminder considerations in the sorting it would be much, much better

@MicrosoftToDo do items that are marked due "Today" no longer appear as an email reminder in Outlook? It used to do that and I noticed it's no longer doing that.
