The Plaza Court parking lot will remain open. However, we are now recommending that patrons enter the lot through 11th Street and exit onto the roundabout for the time being. Thank you for your patience as we begin this exciting new chapter for Midtown.

🚧 Construction Advisory 🚧 The portion of Classen Drive will be PERMANENTLY closed beginning Monday, March 23rd as we begin construction on The Eddie. As noted before, this stretch of road will become a walkable plaza upon its completion.

From February 18th-24th, the northern most exit of Midtown Plaza Court’s parking lot will be closed due to construction. Please enter the parking lot through the southern point of Classen Drive and exit onto Classen Drive through the north end to help maintain traffic flow.

The plans include a walkable park and plaza between historic Midtown Plaza Court and The Eddie, which will serve as the epicenter of events in Midtown for decades to come.
