Certainly sharing stories to process grief is a healthy thing to do. When someone would rather avoid any mention or story about the person who has passed, it is not the greatest thing for processing the grief. #MTtalk

Love that idea of a 'storycoaxer'. I recently was doing some coaching with students helping them with developing their personal pitch and it was all about storytelling! It was a great experience to help them recognize the value in the stories they could share. #MTtalk

A7 I sometimes refer to myself as a storycoaxer. I love being present for people who have a story to share, encouraging them, honoring them, helping them to feel safe and comfortable with sharing, letting them know that they and their story matter! #MTtalk
