1. Lent is upon us.
This year I will be giving up Twitter.
Time is the medium of the spiritual life and this is my biggest time sink. My hope is to use the time for prayer, family, reading and writing.

@crwiley1962 It's because a bulk of the Christians now using A.I. for these things, tangoed with porn at one point, and were taught, at a visceral level, to exchange things for people.
I think barna has it at sixty percent.
But every pastor under 40 I know has it in their testimony.

Yes, you can now use A.I. to translate from one language to several others in real time.
A tremendous force multiplier for pastors, wanting to add a multilingual service to their church.
But there is no way to use A.I. to make this look less like a cash grab for tithe.

Well, it's not a biblical requirement for being a pastor.
I'd be more concerned if he didn't have the wife and kids that are required than if he has extra letters after his name and a plaque for his office wall.

Many churches, when looking for a pastor, require him to have a degree. Should a man have a biblical degree to qualify as a pastor?
