NASA "GO" FOR ROLLOUT
Tonight NASA will rollout the Artemis II SLS Moon rocket to Launch Complex 39B at NASA Kennedy Space Center. First movement is expected at 8pm ET

@slvulture @Miss1onControl sadly hot staging had been planned since at least maybe a month or so before flight 1 so we would only have seen it once :(

Is it weird that I kinda wish we saw the weird spin separation of starship at least once, before they switched to hot staging

@slvulture My guess is the separation footage would be AWESOME, especially that interstage cam. The rest of the flight probably would have been very similar to flight 2

🚨ARTEMIS II UPDATE - Artemis II Crew Enter Quarantine
The Artemis II crew entered quarantine at 5 pm CDT Wednesday in Houston, to ensure they stay healthy leading up to launch.
They will travel to KSC at L-5 days to launch!
Next stop: the Moon! 🌕

Engineers are targeting 8 pm ET on Thursday, March 19, for rollout of Artemis II.
NASA’s crawler-transporter 2 will carry the 11-million-pound stack at about 1 mph along the four-mile route from the Vehicle Assembly Building at @NASAKennedy to the launch pad.

Initial Super Heavy V3 and Starbase Pad 2 activation campaign complete, wrapping up several days of testing that loaded cryogenic fuel and oxidizer on a V3 vehicle for the first time. While the 10-engine static fire ended early due to a ground-side issue, we saw successful startup on all installed Raptor 3 engines. Next up: preparing the booster for a 33-engine static fire
