Really excited to share my “12 Days of Science at Christmas” STEM activity booklet with my S1 classes. Inside are 12 Christmas experiments which can be easily done at home. I then relate the skills developed to real life STEM jobs. #STEMeducation

Had a fantastic day at @SSERCBiology full of Advanced Higher practicals! Was also great to network with other biologists. 🧪 🧫

S1’s problem solved their way through creating real life circuits, here they’ve drawn and set up school hall lights in a parallel circuit. ⚡️

@MLynch_Science Lots of different ones actually! Some looking at vitamin c in fresh/frozen/tinned fruit, others protease based projects, others dentistry related topics. Great mix!
