@LauraRbnsn How good a doctor AND the circumstances of the c section. I had a true emergency section (complete placental abruption) and they had to get her out immediately. That was a hard recovery and had nothing to do with the doctor's skill.

It really matters how good of a doctor you have.

Thing I’ve learned from friends:
“C sections should be avoided because the recovery time is longer” kinda seems like a crapshoot and based on how good your surgeon is.
I’ve known women who had c sections whose doctors carefully repaired the muscles and were back to things like

I feel as though there should be a law that says if Pierre Poilievre gets turfed as CPC leader in January then he has to move to Battle River—Crowfoot and live there until the next election because I think this would teach everyone involved an invaluable lesson about shenanigans.
