To those of you fretting about President Trump's profane message to Iranian leaders. Might I direct you to something once said by the great Gen. George S. Patton. "You can't run an army without profanity; and it has to be eloquent profanity. An army without profanity couldn't fight its way out of a piss-soaked paper bag. Patton said the use of swear words was part of cultivating a "war face." This is not a church social or high tea - this is war, folks.

One of the more entertaining things to witness regarding the Iran conflict is to watch the "credentialed" class of milbloggers twist themselves into pretzels to laud the skill and courage of America's fighting men and women in accomplishing all of their assigned missions so spectacularly, while at the exact same time carefully avoiding giving any credit to President Trump, SecWar Hegseth or Gen Caine. Pure hilarity. The thing is, that skill and courage has always been there. But it took a POTUS, SecWar and CJCS who focus on effectiveness in battle and not social engineering, who are willing to take genuine risks, and who will not hold back our warriors with insane ROE to show just how great that skill and courage can be when fully and finally unleashed.

I’m proud to be American. I’m proud of my American ancestry. I wouldn’t want to live anyplace else in the world. I wouldn’t want to be anything else. Even if I go on vacation to another country, there’s a pride I have in being an American there. Don’t get me wrong; I absolutely despise some of the people in our government. Almost all of them. However, being American is the best thing in the world. Literally. God bless America.
