I'm disappointed and sorry to hear that this happened to you, Yasmeen. It's 2026 and men don't get to tell women to wait their turn, especially when it comes to stepping up and raising our hands to serve our country and communities.

I'm running to protect small business owners like my mom. These businesses are the backbone of our communities, but too often they’re squeezed by rising costs. I'm running to fight for policies that help them thrive.

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up to Broadview yesterday afternoon to demand answers and accountability from DHS. Together, we amplified our voices, and I am so grateful that my friend and the others who were detained have been released.

We raised hell and we won. Now we want answers.
