After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today.
I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby.
It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC.
May God bless America.

DAK PRESCOTT AND FIANCÉE REPORTEDLY CALL OFF WEDDING OVER MASSIVE PRENUP STANDOFF
After securing a historic $240 million contract, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott and his fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, were supposed to be celebrating their upcoming April wedding.
The rumor is that Dak spent the last few months pushing hard for a rock-solid prenup to protect his new bag, and she flat-out refused to sign it.
That underlying tension finally boiled over into a massive screaming match right on the yacht, leading to the entire wedding being permanently shelved.
If she really walked away just because he wanted to protect his contract, did Dak actually dodge a massive bullet here?

CrowdStrike $CRWD with the most ho-hum quarter imaginable. Slight beat. Outlook slightly ahead of expectations. Margins ticking up. Customers adding more tools Thus far, nothing really to see here.

@joeytee_ @trentjhughes Agreed. He'd definitely need a few whale clients.
English

For sure.
But let’s say at a generous 15-20% commission (unlikely)
And let’s say a team of 3 for servicing the book and not selling.
$50,000 base x3 = $150,000 salary.
$4,000,000 book x15% = $600k gross.
That would mean that each client pays $20,000 a year in premium.
Realistically only way for that to happen is if you’re only writing high net worth clients or you’re in a huge premium state.
English

@trentjhughes I agree but $400k net a year with 200 clients?
Either it’s all commercial policies or he’s getting some stupid commission.

I would drop everything and campaign for any California gubernatorial candidate who has the courage to say school teachers are paid too much in the state. $140,000 a year in total compensation and no social security taxes all for working 30 weeks a year, 6 hours a day, 4.5ish days a week. Just 180 teaching day.
